Coalition of NGOs Write Letter to Department of State on CAR and South Sudan

Amid ongoing grave crises in the Central African Republic (CAR) and South Sudan, a coalition of organizations wrote to Secretary of State and strongly supportive of international efforts to restore order and ameliorate the severe human suffering in both contexts.
