Young Americans on Global Issues, Leadership and the SDGs

A poll released in September 2021 finds that young Americans – ages 18-35 alike – are engaged across their communities, their nation, and the world.

The poll, conducted in conjunction with the UN Foundation and polling firm Morning Consult, found that these age groups are concerned about the state of the world and are motivated to engage by a desire to make a difference. Moreover, they are generally optimistic about their generations’ ability to solve global issues moving forward.
