Josephine leads digital communications strategies and implementation for the Better World Campaign.
Prior to joining BWC, she managed marketing operations for a nonprofit performing arts organization and served on the marketing team of the American Bar Association Criminal Justice Section. With an eye for design and an aptitude for data, she’s developed expertise in social media, email marketing, public relations, video production, advertising, and strategic partnerships, garnering earned media placements in the Washington Post.
Josephine received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications from Towson University and was awarded a Foundation Scholar for her academic contributions to the field. In addition to marketing strategy, Josephine has extensive volunteer experience — from the Washington Area Women’s Foundation to the 2021 Presidential Inaugural Committee Media and Logistics Team.
